CloudEngineer (Azure) (all genders welcome)
As a Cloud Engineer, you will design, set up, and operate our core cloud infrastructure and integrate cloud services into our developer platform, incorporating Fin Ops practices to ensure cost‑effective and efficient cloud operations.
Responsibilities- Design, set up, and operate the core cloud infrastructure.
- Integrate cloud services into the developer platform, including financial operations (Fin Ops).
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, Open Tofu, and Crossplane.
- Utilise Azure cloud services effectively.
- Develop and maintain scripts and applications using Python and Go.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD and Azure Pipelines.
- Implement Fin Ops tools.
- Ensure the security and networking of the cloud infrastructure.
- Degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Extensive experience (3+ years) with IaC tools, particularly Terraform.
- Proficiency in Azure cloud services.
- Programming and scripting skills in Python and Go.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, including ArgoCD and Azure Pipelines.
- Knowledge of Fin Ops tools.
- Solid understanding of security best practices and networking.
- AZ‑104 certification is beneficial.
- Motivation to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
