As an Azure Cloud Data Engineer, you will build and further develop scalable, secure Azure-based cloud platforms within enterprise programmes spanning automotive, e-mobility and other sectors, working hands‑on across infrastructure, automation and platform engineering.

• Platform Engineering: Build out and continually develop Azure cloud platforms with a focus on stable and scalable infrastructure components.
• Infrastructure as Code: Design, implement and maintain Azure infrastructure with Terraform, with particular focus on networking and storage.
• Data Platform Integration: Work alongside Databricks workloads, ensuring infrastructure supports robust data engineering and analytics use cases.
• CI/CD & Automation: Build and maintain pipelines using Git Hub Actions and/or Jenkins to support reliable, repeatable deployments.

  Partner closely with design, implementation and operations teams across a mix of hands‑on delivery and conceptual development.
• Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to best practices, internal standards and reusable solution approaches across the wider engineering organisation.

• Build out and continue developing a scalable, secure Azure cloud platform supporting a complex automotive and e‑mobility data landscape.
• Design, implement and maintain Azure infrastructure with Terraform at scale, with a clear focus on networking and storage.
• Work alongside Databricks workloads, ensuring the underlying infrastructure properly supports production data engineering and analytics.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Git Hub Actions and/or Jenkins for reliable, repeatable deployments.
• Collaborate across design, implementation and operations teams on a mix of hands‑on delivery and platform‑level conceptual work.

• Deep hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure, particularly networking and storage.
• Proven Terraform delivery at scale in production environments.
• Strong working experience with Databricks in production.
• Practical experience operating CI/CD pipelines with Git Hub Actions and/or Jenkins.
• Track record in cloud platform or infrastructure engineering roles, ideally with exposure to large enterprise programmes.
• Professional English plus German at B2 minimum
