We are seaking for a new member of our international team to support the creation of UX/UI Ideation and delivery for our Enterprise SaaS Software. You’ll turn complex challenges into intuitive user experiences. More particularly, you bring conceptual & user-centric solutions for functions in our Platform. In this context, you:

• Support end-to-end design:
  Define user journeys & personas and use them to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Iterate based on stakeholder insights and usability findings
• Cross-functional partnership:
  Work hand in hand with Product, Engineering, UX Research, and domain experts to translate business objectives into delightful digital experiences
• UX advocacy and storytelling:
  Build design narratives & concepts, and champion user-centered thinking throughout the organization
• Design system evolution:
  Shape and scale reusable UI components, ensuring consistency and quality across web and mobile products
• Growth & development:
  Support other designers in the team with your extensive knowledge and experience

Your Profile

You don’t just design interfaces — you design experiences. You’re someone who sees the details and the bigger picture, driven by a deep understanding of users and an instinct for smart, elegant design. With your creative power, you want to contribute to helping our customers feel the exhilarating feeling of a good plan within our planning tool.

• You have a degree in media informatics, interaction design, communication design
• Minimum of 8 years experience in UX, interaction, or product design in cross functional agile enviroment
• Your portfolio showcases end-to-end design ownership, with uncompromising attention to details and design craft
• Deep understanding of user-centered methods (journeys, wireframes, prototyping, testing), with a knack for agile design cycles
• Innovation oriented: proven utilising AI for design innovation
• Expertise in industry-standard tools like Figma, plus collaboration process with Miro or similar
• Strong communicator and influencer—able to articulate design decisions with clarity and impact
• Demonstrated skill in advocating for user needs, while balancing business strategy and technical constraints.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance usability and user experience
• German language skills are a bonus given our international context.

Ideally, this position will be based in Freiburg or Frankfurt, close to our offices. However, remote work from within Germany is also possible. In this case, a willingness to travel to our office locations is important.
