Junior Information Security Consultant

I'm working with a growing cybersecurity consultancy that delivers high-impact security solutions into large, complex enterprise environments, particularly within regulated sectors like insurance and banking.

They're looking for an Information Security Consultant to support enterprise clients across a range of governance, risk and compliance projects. You will work in a high-trust, flexible environment alongside experienced consultants, with strong support for continuous development and real input into information security strategy.

• You will advise clients on information security best practices and governance frameworks
• You will support the implementation and maintenance of BSI IT-Grundschutz and ISO 27001 requirements
• You will contribute to Business Continuity Management (BCM) initiatives and resilience planning
• You will provide guidance on Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) compliance and wider regulatory requirements
• You will develop documentation, policies and security concepts while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

• You have experience working as an Information Security Consultant or in a similar role
• You have strong knowledge of BSI IT-Grundschutz and ISO 27001
• You have experience with Business Continuity Management (BCM) and information security governance
• You have an understanding of DORA and its impact on regulated organisations
• You have excellent communication skills and experience working with a range of stakeholders

• You have previous consulting experience within regulated industries such as insurance or banking
• You have experience delivering broader information security and compliance projects
• You have German language skills at native or business-fluent level (preferred but not essential)
