As Senior IT Operations Specialist
, you are responsible for the
stability, performance and security of Blackwave’s IT infrastructure
.
You enable teams across engineering, manufacturing and operations to work efficiently by ensuring
robust systems, reliable networks and scalable IT services
.

• Maintain and improve the IT infrastructure across the organization
• Ensure high system availability, performance and security

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime

• Support employees across engineering, manufacturing and operations with IT systems and tools
• Work closely with internal teams to understand technical requirements and operational needs
• Coordinate with external providers when necessary

Location & Work Setup
This role requires
strong on-site collaboration with teams and systems
.

• Primary work location:
  Blackwave sites in Munich
• Flexible presence across Taufkirchen and Garching-Hochbrück
• Regular on-site presence required to support engineering and manufacturing teams

You are an experienced IT operations professional who enjoys ensuring that complex technical environments run
smoothly, securely and reliably
.
You likely bring:

• Several years of experience in IT operations or IT infrastructure management
• Strong knowledge of networking, system administration and IT security
• Experience managing IT environments in growing organizations
• A hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills when working with technical and non-technical teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud infrastructure
• Experience in high-tech, manufacturing or engineering environments
• Experience with automation or infrastructure management tools
