Your start in the e-Commerce Department @More Nutrition!

We are looking for a (Senior) E-Commerce Manager (gn) to take full ownership of our international Shopify markets and drive their next phase of growth. This role combines strategic responsibility and operational excellence. You will own the end-to-end webshop performance across international markets, optimize the entire customer journey, and continuously unlock new revenue and monetization opportunities. You think in impact, scalability, and unit economics – not tasks.

You combine strong analytical thinking with hands-on execution and actively leverage AI to drive efficiency and growth.

This position is based in our Headquarter in Hamburg but can be done mostly remote within Germany. You need to bring a flexibility to work from the HQ on a regular basis (1x/month).

Your mission
  • You own and drive the full performance of our international Shopify markets, including strategy, execution, and continuous optimization
  • You develop and implement market entry and expansion strategies to unlock new growth opportunities
  • You take full responsibility for the end-to-end e-commerce funnel, optimizing the entire customer journey from first touch to conversion
  • You manage and execute onsite campaigns, promotions, and revenue-driving initiatives across all markets
  • You continuously improve UX, conversion paths, and overall webshop performance to maximize business impact
  • You own and evolve our Shopify ecosystem (Markets, themes, apps, integrations) to ensure scalability and efficiency
  • You lead the creation and management of localized webshop content, ensuring market-specific relevance and consistency
  • You track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (e.g. conversion rate, AOV, CLV, CAC, retention) and derive actionable insights
  • You identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact growth levers based on data and customer behavior
  • You collaborate closely with CRO, Brand, Creative, and Performance teams to run experiments, validate hypotheses, and drive measurable improvements through testing and AI-powered automation
Your experience & skills
  • You bring 3+ years of experience in e-commerce with clear ownership of revenue and business performance
  • You have strong experience in international D2C environments, ideally across multiple markets
  • You possess deep expertise in Shopify, including Shopify Markets, internationalization, apps, analytics, theme customization, and landing pages
  • You have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving conversion rates
  • You demonstrate a strong understanding of e-commerce unit economics and key value drivers
  • You have a highly analytical mindset with a strong focus on KPIs and data-driven decision-making
  • You are experienced in leveraging AI tools and automation within e-commerce to drive efficiency and growth
  • You think entrepreneurially and are able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
  • You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
  • You have excellent German and very good English skills
