Are you passionate about driving digital transformation in the energy and utilities sector? We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Microsoft team and help leading organisations modernise and optimise their business processes with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

In this role, you’ll partner with clients to analyse, design, and improve sales, marketing, service, and reporting processes. Leveraging cutting-edge Microsoft platform technologies – particularly Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Modern Work – you’ll create innovative solutions, integrate AI and virtual agents, and connect platforms with existing system landscapes to deliver seamless, high-impact results.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience and strong expertise in consulting CRM solutions – ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Industry experience in the energy and utilities sector is an advantage
• Confident communication skills in both German and English
• Results-oriented working style with strong organisational skills
• High commitment, team spirit, and a confident, professional demeanour
• Willingness to travel moderately within Germany and abroad
• Analytical mindset and a drive to think outside the box to create innovative solutions
