In fact, VOA-NCNN provides shelter or housing to over 3,500 men, women, and children every night.

LOCATION:
VOA-NCNN, a Certified Great Place to Work, is recruiting for a full-time Information Technology Manager. This is a hybrid work model combining remote work with regular onsite presence at the Sacramento headquarters located at 3434 Marconi Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95821. Full-time employees (working 30 or more hours a week) are eligible for a benefits package that includes paid holidays, vacation, sick pay, health, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance coverage.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Information Technology (IT) Manager is a strategic and hands‑on technology leader responsible for all aspects of VOA NCNN's information technology infrastructure, security, and operations. This role serves as the organization's Security Officer and provides critical technology leadership supporting our mission to transform lives across Northern California and Northern Nevada. The IT Manager will oversee Microsoft 365/Entra environments, lead infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives, support mission‑critical enterprise systems including EHR, HRIS, and accounting platforms, and manage the IT team while ensuring technology enables our staff to deliver compassionate, effective services to vulnerable populations.

The IT Manager will work closely with the IT Director and executive leadership to align technology strategy with organizational goals while maintaining hands‑on involvement in day‑to‑day operations.
