Job Description

As a Solution Engineer you work with customers who want to improve the way their operations are structured and delivered. You analyze the current state, design structured solutions in Airtable, build automations in Make, support the implementation of AI‑enabled workflows, and guide customers through the change to achieve practical, scalable operations.

Your mission
  • Analyzing existing customer processes, workflows and system setups
  • Designing and implementing structured solutions in Airtable
  • Building automations and integrations using Make
  • Supporting the development of AI‑enabled workflows and practical AI use cases where relevant
  • Translating business needs into scalable systems and operational setups
  • Advising customers on how to improve existing workflows, tools and ways of working
  • Identifying optimization opportunities in current customer environments and turning them into concrete improvements
  • Supporting customers during implementation and helping new structures and systems land successfully in practice
  • Working confidently with customers to explain solutions, guide decisions and build trust
  • Contributing to internal standards, scalable delivery approaches and better ways of building customer solutions
Your profile
  • Experience with Airtable, Make and/or AI‑related workflows
  • Experience in solution engineering, implementation, process improvement or a related field is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
  • A structured and practical way of working
  • Customer orientation, initiative and a collaborative mindset
  • Confidence in working directly with customers and guiding them through change
  • The ability to identify inefficiencies and translate them into workable solutions
  • Comfort with flexible team structures and fast‑moving environments
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and work on‑site with customers when needed is a plus
