About this Role
As a Workday Core HCM Lead you’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you’ll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on a faster path to a better way to work.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objectives and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
- Host workshops and lead discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering all elements of Workday Core HCM.
- Independently lead your workstream and report on progress.
- Lead diverse and disparate teams and guide them through the implementation, liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations.
- Actively support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.
- Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday HCM and projects from initiation through completion, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms.
- Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team and client interactions.
- Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, and exhibit analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to articulate complex messages and requirements clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong HR background with experience on the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM workstream.
- Experience with Workday’s Data Migration tools and Security framework.
- Current Workday HCM certification.
- Additional Workday certifications, e.g., Compensation, Security, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, etc.
- Hands‑on Workday experience.
