• Completed university study in Business Administration, Economics, Wirtschafts‑IT, Mathematics, or a comparable quantitatively focused field.
• Practical experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Tracking, or Data Science, ideally in a digital environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and a confident handling of data‑driven questions.
• Hands‑on mentality: independent, goal‑oriented work and structured, precise implementation of analytical requirements.
• Technical know‑how: solid knowledge in web analytics, data visualization, practical experience with databases, especially SQL, ETL pipelines, and Python development.
• Product insight & curiosity: keen interest in understanding how our product works, how customers behave, and which factors influence their decisions – you ask the right questions and uncover root causes.
• Verhandlungssichere German and English (minimum C1) in spoken and written form.

• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using modern BI tools such as Apache Superset or Tableau and integrate new reporting solutions.
• Derive concrete actionable recommendations and optimization potentials from data‑based analyses and coordinate closely with product management, partner management, controlling, and customer consulting.
• Act as point of contact for analytical questions, support and empower teams in defining suitable KPIs and in solution finding.
• Conceive scalable reporting and tracking structures independent of individual tools to sustainably strengthen a data‑driven environment.
• Collaborate with the Data Science team to create innovative AI‑driven features for our customers, evaluate new technologies for business‑intelligence value and integrate suitable solutions into existing processes.
