Atlassian Solution Consultant

About the role

We’re looking for hands‑on Atlassian experts who enjoy solving technical challenges and building real‑world solutions. As an Atlassian Technical Consultant you’ll implement, configure, integrate, and troubleshoot Atlassian environments such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

• Work hands‑on with customers to design, implement, and customize Atlassian products.
• Develop technical solutions for Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian tools.
• Lead and contribute to complex Data Center to Cloud migrations for Atlassian products and Apps.
• Lead and contribute to complex Atlassian‑based ITSM solutions.
• Work alongside a team of experienced Atlassian professionals to solve real technical problems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring for both customers and teammates.

• Deep practical experience with Atlassian technologies across Data Center and Cloud.
• Track record of successfully delivering on‑prem to cloud migrations.
• Confidence working with Agile methodologies and ITSM frameworks.
• Experience with in a consultancy and working face‑to‑face with clients.
• Fluent German and English skills.

• Understanding of integrations and APIs (REST, webhooks, automation rules).
• Knowledge of enterprise tools such as Git Hub, Bitbucket, Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins.
• Experience with in ITSM.

This is a local position based in Germany and will be predominantly remote.
