Enterprise Architect, ServiceNow, Nuvolo, Remote, Contingent

The Enterprise Architect for Service Now and Nuvolo will play a key role in designing and implementing architectural solutions that leverage Service Now and Nuvolo platforms to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. This remote position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of enterprise architecture and cloud-based solutions.

This position is contingent upon award within a standard 30 day turnaround.

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of Service Now and Nuvolo solutions in alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into an efficient architecture that meets business needs.
• Evaluate and integrate existing systems with Service Now and Nuvolo applications, ensuring interoperability and optimal performance.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for development, implementation, and maintenance of Service Now and Nuvolo solutions.
• Develop architecture diagrams, documentation, and roadmaps to communicate the architecture vision and implementation plans.
• Monitor and assess emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement in service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance policies in the architectural design and application deployment.

This is a remote position, providing flexibility in work environment while engaging in collaborative projects.

• Candidates must be U.S. citizens or hold a Green Card.
• 7+ years of Service Now architecture and configuration experience.
• Direct experience supporting Nuvolo Clinical EAM on Service Now.
• Strong understanding of CMMS, clinical asset lifecycle, and work order management in hospitals.
• Experience supporting HTM (Healthcare Technology Management), Biomedical Engineering, or Facilities operations.
• Experience with business rules, UI actions, scripts, workflows, and role/group administration.
• Experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environments including upgrades and incident response.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced federal healthcare IT environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Healthcare IT, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
  (Master’s degree preferred but not required)

• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) strongly preferred
• Nuvolo training

• ITIL Foundation or higher
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification
• PMP (nice to have)
