Blockchain Developer (Solidity & Rust

CAIZ is an Islamic finance company that leverages blockchain technology to create Sharia-compliant financial products and services. They are seeking an experienced Blockchain Developer to serve as a core technical contributor building blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, and integrations for their ecosystem.

This is a full-time, fully remote senior engineering position focused on designing and deploying blockchain solutions that power CAIZ's decentralized Islamic finance platform.

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity on EVM-compatible blockchains
• Build Rust-based blockchain modules for platforms such as Substrate or Solana
• Contribute to custom blockchain protocol design and token standard development
• Write secure, gas-optimized, and thoroughly tested smart contracts
• Integrate blockchain components with frontend and backend engineering teams
• Conduct code reviews, security audits, and vulnerability assessments
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability of the CAIZ blockchain infrastructure
• Stay current with emerging blockchain technologies and best practices

• 3+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience with Solidity and Rust
• Strong expertise in smart contract design and blockchain architecture
• Ethereum or EVM chain deployment experience
• Proficiency in Web
  3.js, Ethers.js, Hardhat, and/or Truffle
• Understanding of DeFi protocols and token standards such as ERC-20 and ERC-721
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• Fluent English

• Layer 1/Layer 2 blockchain experience
• Blockchain security and audit knowledge
• Exposure to zero-knowledge proofs or cross-chain bridges
• Startup or agile environment experience
• Familiarity with Islamic finance or Sharia-compliant principles
