Team

The People Solutions team serves as the strategic engine room of Raisin’s People & Culture team by building a secure, data-driven, and compliant infrastructure that scales the organization. By bridging the gap between strategy and technology, the team optimizes HRIS systems to eliminate manual work, leverages analytics and AI to drive smarter business decisions, and acts as a compliance anchor managing audits, policies, and risk.

Responsibilities
  • We are looking for a Senior People Application Manager to own the administration, architecture, and strategic optimization of Raisin’s People applications.
  • You will ensure smooth operations of the HRIS and its connected applications and be the final point of escalation for incident resolution across our People tooling stack.
  • You will lead the configuration of Raisin’s People applications to meet evolving business needs based on the complex requirements of the People business functions and in close alignment with the People Solutions leadership.
  • You will own and optimize the automated account onboarding, lifecycle workflows, and IAM strategy of the People applications.
  • You will drive seamless, scalable integrations of Raisin’s People applications in close alignment with People Solutions leadership and other stakeholders such as the Enterprise IT and Security teams.
  • You will establish governance and own the documentation of configuration, customisation, and interface architecture of Raisin’s People applications.
Your Profile
  • You hold a university degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or bring equivalent experience with a strong analytical background.
  • You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in application management, systems engineering, or IT leadership in the People domain.
  • You are able to design and manage incident response frameworks, tasks, and system uptime within enterprise SLAs.
  • You have deep, end-to-end People domain knowledge including complex People processes and data models across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • You are highly responsible, trustworthy, and adept at establishing data privacy standards and handling sensitive and confidential data with the utmost discretion.
  • You have exceptional communication skills and you feel comfortable collaborating with and influencing both technical, executive, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English (German would be a plus).
  • Proven expertise with modern HRIS tooling stacks (especially Personio or enterprise SaaS platforms) is a strong plus.
