IT System Administrator

As a Senior IT System Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining and developing our IT infrastructure. Working closely with a talented team, you will ensure the smooth operation of our systems and help drive forward key IT projects. This hybrid role combines the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative benefits of on-site teamwork.

• Administer and enhance a Windows-based IT environment, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and group policies.
• Manage backup systems and ensure the reliability and security of IT operations.
• Contribute to IT infrastructure projects and continuously improve system performance.
• Provide technical support and solutions to internal stakeholders.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT system administration.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and IT infrastructure management.
• Basic knowledge of virtualisation (VMware), networking (firewalls, VLANs, VPN), and relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in German (C1).
