As an SEO Expert at Smart Landlord, you will be responsible for the search engine optimization of our real estate platform. You will develop and execute SEO strategies that increase our visibility in search results and drive qualified organic traffic to

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy for
• Conduct keyword research and content optimization for real estate and Prop Tech topics
• Technical SEO: crawlability, Core Web Vitals, site structure, and schema markup
• On-page and off-page optimization
• Monitor and analyze rankings, traffic, and conversions using Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
• Competitive analysis and identification of growth opportunities
• Collaborate with the development team on technical SEO implementation
• Create regular SEO reports with actionable recommendations
• Minimum 3 years of professional SEO experience
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog
• Proficiency with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web technologies
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach

• Experience in the real estate industry or Prop Tech
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (especially Wagtail/Django)
• Experience with local SEO optimization
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
