Join our team and lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital and immersive learning portfolio, bringing together subject matter experts, technology providers, development partners, sales organizations, and customers to transform training into scalable digital experiences that create measurable business value.

The portfolio includes immersive simulators, VR/AR learning experiences, Metaverse environments, AI-enabled learning assistants, digital twins, cyber range training environments, digital assessments, and future learning technologies.

• Define and evolve the Power Academy digital and immersive portfolio strategy
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital and immersive learning products
• Lead cross-functional projects involving Siemens organizations, universities, and technology partners
• Drive commercialization, go-to-market activities, and sales enablement
• Build strategic partnerships and innovation ecosystems
• Monitor portfolio KPIs, adoption, revenue, customer satisfaction, and ROI

• Portfolio Strategy & Innovation
  - Define and continuously evolve the Power Academy Digital & Immersive Portfolio strategy;
  Identify market trends, technology innovations, customer needs, and business opportunities within digital learning and workforce enablement;
  Develop and maintain a multi-year innovation roadmap for future learning solutions;
  Drive incubation, validation, and scaling of new digital business models and learning offerings
• Portfolio Development & Ownership
  - Own the complete lifecycle of digital and immersive products from ideation to retirement;
  Prioritize investments and manage portfolio budgets, business cases, and resource allocation;
  Ensure alignment between customer requirements, learning objectives, technology capabilities, and commercial targets;
  Establish portfolio KPIs and monitor business performance
• Project & Program Management
  - Lead complex cross-functional projects involving Siemens organizations, development partners, universities, and external technology providers;
  Coordinate solution development, piloting, deployment, and global scaling;
  Manage timelines, risks, governance, quality, and stakeholder expectations;
  Ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives across the portfolio
• Commercialization & Sales Enablement
  - Define and execute go-to-market strategies for digital and immersive offerings;
  Support sales teams in positioning, value selling, customer engagement, and proposal development;
  Create business cases and value propositions that demonstrate customer ROI;
  Drive portfolio revenue growth and market adoption
• Ecosystem & Partner Management
  - Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology providers, universities, startups, and Siemens internal organizations;
  Manage development partnerships and supplier relationships;
  Foster innovation ecosystems that accelerate portfolio growth and capability development
• Customer Experience & Business Development
  - Translate customer challenges into innovative learning solutions;
  Collect customer feedback and market insights;
  Establish continuous improvement mechanisms to ensure sustainable customer value;
  Measure adoption, utilization, satisfaction, learning effectiveness, and business impact

• You have a university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Innovation, or a related field and many years of experience in data-driven portfolio performance management, business development, digital transformation, consulting, learning services, or technology innovation.
• You have an entrepreneurial mentality, customer orientation, and excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• You have validated experience managing stakeholders and sophisticated projects in international and cross-functional environments.
• You have experience in developing and commercializing digital solutions and services. Knowledge of power systems, electrification, automation, digital learning platforms & ecosystems, AI-enabled learning, and technical training are advantageous.
