Senior Consultant SAP FI​/CO; m​/f​/d

We are looking for dedicated consultants to support our customers in transforming their ERP landscapes with a focus on SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and SAP Management Accounting (CO) – especially in the SAP S/4

HANA environment. You will take on responsibility in various project phases – from conception and implementation to testing, training, and support. You will contribute your expertise both in customer consulting and in the further development of our team.

• Supporting customers in transforming their ERP systems with a focus on SAP FI and CO
• Independently taking on work packages in SAP (S/4
  
  HANA) implementation projects (design, customizing, migration, testing, support)
• Technical management of project teams and coordination of defined work packages
• Collaborating in the acquisition of new projects and in the preparation and quality assurance of bids
• Subproject management in implementation or transformation projects
• Actively developing junior consultants in the SAP FI/CO area (mentoring & coaching)
• Conducting training courses and providing product support
• Participating in bid teams for bid preparation and project acquisition

• Sound methodological knowledge of classic and agile project management
• Very good integrative understanding of systems and experience in implementing (customizing) customer‑relevant processes in SAP FI/CO
• Experience in SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation projects or in application management
• Good knowledge of the market and competition, as well as an understanding of new SAP technologies (SAP HANA, cloud solutions, etc.)
• Strong analytical thinking and talent for cross‑selling recognition
• Enjoyment of advising external customers and willingness to travel regularly (at least 50–75%, primarily within Germany)
• Responsible, team‑oriented, and communicative personality
