Digital Transformation Lead - App Modernization & Strategy

Drive digital transformation as a Manager by analyzing application landscapes, designing target architectures, and leading complex modernization projects for global clients.

• As a co-creator of digital transformations, you will work with experienced colleagues to advise our national and international clients, primarily in the CIO and CTO areas
• You will analyze existing application landscapes, define appropriate target architectures, and support the strategic planning and implementation of modernization (e.g., through automation)
• You will develop accompanying strategies, modern development and operating processes, and governance structures
• You will manage complex IT transformation projects in close coordination with clients and technology partners

• Completed bachelor's or master's degree in (business) information technology/engineering or another STEM subject with a business context
• Experience in management and strategy consulting, particularly in connection with the modernization of application landscapes
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach
• Business fluent German and English skills and willingness to travel for projects (domestic or international, depending on preference)
