What you would do

Operate validator node, ensuring the stability, security and efficiency of our Solana infrastructure & operations, with tasks including, but not limited to

• Ensure continuous operation of our Solana systems, perform updates
• Monitoring and performance tuning
• Ability to proactively seek new avenues for extending and speeding up setup in the Solana ecosystem
• Automate node deployment, operations via Ansible and Terraform
• Collaborate with traders, to help them with infrastructure performance
• Be involved in the communication with our partners
• Be part of our on-call duty rotation
• Learn, grow and peek beyond your current role

What we are looking for

We are looking for a Solana Systems Engineer with strong knowledge of computer systems and networks, passion for blockchain & decentralization. You must have an eye for detail, because even a millisecond matters. Our team has a natural drive to maintain and develop our presence in the ever changing Solana ecosystem.

• Strong Linux skills and system engineering skills. Solana validator skills are very welcome.
• Fluency in English (Deutsch ist ein Plus)
• Proven ability to design and critically think about system architecture
• Background in Computer Science/Distributed Systems, or equivalent work experience
• Willingness to travel once in a while to meet the team in person and visit conferences
