Post-training Team Lead

• Lead a team of AI Tutors delivering training data and evaluations for SpaceXAI’s models
• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned Human Data projects
• Review work for accuracy, consistency, guideline adherence, and quality at scale
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage AI Tutors
• Oversee and participate in labeling and reviewing tasks
• Manage taxonomies and quality assurance processes
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Track performance using KPI dashboards and quality metrics
• Build and deliver training, practice, and certification materials
• Manage certifications and workforce adjustments
• Collaborate with Human Data Managers, Team Leads, and Engineering
• Document outcomes and report project status, risks, and results
• Represent tutors and foster collaboration across the Human Data organization

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, AI training/evaluation, content quality, or similar operational domains
• Bachelor’s degree, or 4+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with data quality metrics, annotation processes, and guideline-driven workflows
• Familiarity with Notion, Axiom, JIRA, Linear, or equivalent tools
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and training data impact on model performance
• Candidates must be based in one of the listed eligible countries where SpaceXAI has a physical office; remote work is also possible

Demonstrates expertise in managing AI training data projects, ensuring quality and adherence to guidelines while leading and coaching a team of AI Tutors. Proficient in utilizing data quality metrics and operational improvements to enhance project outcomes.
