You work in a dedicated team on innovative solutions in a dynamic, product-oriented environment. You take end-to-end responsibility for our infrastructure and Dev Ops processes — from the Kubernetes platform and CI/CD pipelines through to monitoring, databases, and security.

• Kubernetes & containers:operation and expansion of our clusters — nodesetup, upgrades, deployments, troubleshooting, and application testing; onboarding of developmentteamsonto the platform; management of Docker-basedcontainersolutions and theirintegrationinto the existing infrastructure
• CI/CD & Git Ops:maintenance and further development of ourGitLabenvironment, including pipelines, runners, the Git Lab Agent for Kubernetes, and the Jira integration;
  Git Ops-baseddeliverywith
  
  ArgoCDor Flux
• Automation & Infrastructure as Code:provisioning and configurationmanagementwith Terraform and Ansible
• Databases:installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ourdatabasesystems
• Observability:setup and operation of ELK / TIG / Grafana Alloy stacks — installation, configuration, dashboards, and alerting
• Networks & diagnostics:analysis and optimisation of our networks; log file analysis and systematic root cause analysis, up to and includingcomplexincidents at packet level
• Security:security checks at application and infrastructure level, plus security gates in the pipeline (SAST, dependency/SCA scanning, secrets detection, SBOM generation, artifact signing)

• A degree in computer science, a STEM subject, or an equivalentqualificationgainedthroughseveralyears of professional experience
• Strong Linux skills and solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, MTU/routing) withproventroubleshootingability
• At least 3 years of hands-on Kubernetesexperience in production environments, alongwithcontainertechnologies (Docker/OCI)
• Hands-on depthwith
  
  GitLab CI/CD orcomparablesystems, and with
  
  GitOpstooling such as ArgoCDor Flux
• Practicalexperienceautomatinginfrastructure and configuration as code with Terraform and Ansible
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills, with a structured, detail-oriented way of working
• A collaborative mindset: youenjoydevelopingsolutionstogether, document your work, and shareknowledgeacross the team

• Experience with a specificcloudplatform (OCI, Azure, AWS, or GCP) and withmigrationprojects
• Familiarity with Dev Sec Opstoolchains  such as Sonar Qube, Sonatype Lifecycle, Trivy, or Cosign/Sigstore
