Learnings provides a software service for price and marketing optimization for online retailers. Its algorithm identifies and eliminates unnecessary discounts while directing more discounts to products with higher price elasticity, helping retailers save money without reducing revenue.

• Join the Tech department and participate in stand-ups and grooming sessions
• Build, maintain, and further develop the customer support strategy
• Improve the knowledge base, including the wiki and in-app help area
• Create technical Git Hub tickets for Developers and Data Scientists to solve complex customer problems
• Handle customer inquiries in the central system and answer simple questions directly
• Summarize customer problems in dashboards
• Conduct discussions with customers, Data Scientists, and Sales employees to develop offers and solution approaches

• Hold a degree with a quantitative focus
• Have initial professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Product Management, or technical support, ideally in a SaaS environment
• Demonstrate strong customer orientation, communication skills, and organizational talent
• Have strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality
• Have experience with ticketing systems and documentation tools such as Zendesk, Notion, or Intercom
• Work in a structured manner and have a basic technical understanding
• German at C2 level or native proficiency
• English at C1 level
