This rolesits in the Product team ofour

Digital Building System & Planning(DBSP) vertical, whose function is to provide theessentiallinkin our digital value chainbetween our physical buildingplanning teams and our product delivery and executionteams, whocoordinatethe automated production and site assembly of our projects.

As a Product Manager on this team, you willhelp drive the development of thekeydigital products which define our building system and enable itsscalableapplication to our growing number of building projects.

• Manage and coordinate the development of the GROPYUSdigitalproducts thatenablefast and efficientbuildingproduct design and project planning acrossthe digital value chain

• Align regularly with our stakeholdersacrossdifferent departments andteamstotranslate current and future user needs into product requirements

• Help manageour vertical’sroadmap,together with your product management colleagues andin alignment with the DBSPHeads,ourTech Leads,and their teamsof software engineers,to ensureefficientutilizationof resources anda delivery plan in line with our quarterly goals

• Applyproduct lifecycle management principles to the development ofourproducts,ensuringsteady improvement of the evolving productin terms of cost, quality, and efficiency,whilemaintainingdata consistency across versions

You will work closely with:

• TheDBSP Techsoftware engineering team;one of the Tech Leadswill be your working pair from the Technology Business Unit

• Our embedded designer from the Product Design team, who contributestheirexpertisetotheuserexperienceand the varioususerinterfacesofourproducts

• The Building System Team, who together with Building Product and Building Technical Infrastructure (BTI), definesthe architectural and engineering design of our building system

• The Product Delivery Team, with whom weinterface forthe production and assembly of our building projects

• The Solutions Team, who implementsour buildingsystem product in our live building projects

• You are aproduct manager with at least3+years of experience, ideally witha BSc or MSc;experience with tech products in the architecture, engineering, or constructionsectorsa plus

• You have experience managing the development of innovative, specializeddigitaltools,either for internal or externalapplications;familiarity with architectural or engineering planningsoftwareis a plus

• You enjoy problem solving and excel at findinguser-centricsolutions to complex problems with many moving partsand multiple stakeholders

• You are comfortableand confident insetting high-level goals aligned with an overall strategy, and breaking these down into features and deliverables in the form of quarterly goals and epic-level roadmapsfor your team

• You are a skilled communicator and excel atstakeholdermanagementand user communication,able to interpret their needs and goals in a way that can be translated into product features and functions

• Youhave a proven ability tooperateas a Product Manager withina Product/Tech vertical organizational structure,collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering, design, and delivery teams

• An
