• Analysis of business processes in manufacturing companies, identification of weaknesses and highlighting of potential along the value chain, with the aim of implementing Microsoft D365 FSCM.
• Conducting workshops on process mapping, developing target scenarios and prioritising areas for action, as well as supporting our implementation teams.
• Development of transformation strategies, roadmaps and action plans that combine technical requirements, business objectives and realistic implementation steps.
• Preparation of business cases and cost-benefit analyses, as well as advising decision-makers during the initial phase of ERP and transformation projects.
• Independent management of individual work packages depending on the project context, and contributing one’s own experience to the further development of our methods and consultancy services.

• Several years’ experience in process or management consultancy within the manufacturing sector.
• A good understanding of how ERP systems support business processes, as well as an eye for the potential of digitalisation.
• Experience in analysing and optimising business processes, as well as in drawing up and clearly communicating business cases and value analyses.
• Strong team spirit
• Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work, with the aim of tangibly improving consultancy and transformation work.
• A structured, solution-oriented approach to work, as well as a confident and engaging manner in workshops and client meetings.
• Very good command of German (min. C1) and good command of English
