In Brand Marketing, we shape how Fielmann is perceived worldwide. Together with our teams across product, retail, e-commerce and PR, as well as our international markets, we create campaigns that bring our brand to life and drive it forward consistently.

You will work in an international environment and ensure that our global brand strategy is translated into impactful campaigns across all channels-creating a consistent brand experience while allowing for local relevance.

• You define and drive the global social media strategy aligned with our brand and communication goals.
• You own content planning, content creation, and campaign execution across relevant platforms.
• You lead, coach, and develop a team of social media specialists.
• You monitor performance, track KPIs, and optimize activities based on insights.
• You collaborate closely with global and local stakeholders to ensure strong alignment.
• You establish guidelines and best practices for social media governance and quality.
• You spot trends early and translate them into strong formats and stories for our channels.

• You bring 7+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• You have proven people leadership experience and you lead with clarity, trust, and feedback.
• You know key social platforms, mechanics, and trends - and you understand what works in practice.
• You think analytically, you work in a structured way, and you make decisions based on data and insights.
• You communicate confidently and you manage stakeholders with ease.
• You have experience in a global or multi-market environment, or you thrive in international setups.
• You bring a creative mindset and a strong sense for storytelling - and you stay strategic and hands-on.
• You are fluent in German and English.
