Are you familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and would like to contribute to ensuring the stable and efficient operation of our ERP platform? As a Support Specialist (m/f/d) - Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC), you will be the first point of contact for both functional and technical inquiries.

• You handle support requests in 1st and 2nd level support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)
• You analyze incidents, identify root causes and coordinate sustainable solutions with business departments and service providers
• You support users with functional and technical questions related to Business Central (BC)
• You support tests, releases and updates and ensure stable and smooth system operations
• You document solutions, processes and known issues and continuously enhance our knowledge base
• You keep compliance and quality requirements in focus and ensure adherence to them
• You continuously expand your know-how in the Business Central (BC) environment as well as in related applications

• You have several years of professional experience in support, application management or the operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)
• You own a solid understanding of business processes and how they are mapped within Business Central (BC)
• You analyze problems in a structured way and develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions
• You take ownership, work independently and proactively drive topics forward
• You are eager to continuously develop both your functional and technical expertise and enjoy learning new ideas
• You ideally have initial knowledge of AL, Extensions, APIs or integration scenarios
• You communicate confidently and professionally with users, business departments and external partners in German and English.
