Sen. IT Administrator

Your mission

• Administration and further development of our Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory Domain Services, Entra )
• Automation of IT and application processes using Power Shell, Bash, Python or comparable scripting languages
• Setup and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep), including versioning and deployment via Azure Dev Ops or Git(Hub)
• Operation, monitoring and protection of the IT infrastructure ashore and on board
• Analysis, design and implementation of requirements from the business departments
• Root cause analysis, incident and problem management in 2nd/3rd level support
• Coordination of external service providers and software vendors
• Planning and execution of tests, rollouts and system documentation
• Contribution to IT projects in the infrastructure, cloud and integration environment

• Several years of experience in IT administration, ideally in a hybrid Microsoft environment
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and/or Active Directory Domain Services
• Confident command of at least one scripting or programming language (Power Shell, Bash, Python or similar)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) as well as with Azure Dev Ops or Git(Hub)
• Analytical, structured way of working and strong communication skills
• Independent, solution-oriented working style and enjoyment in automating recurring tasks
• Business-level proficiency in German and English

• Knowledge of the maritime industry or experience in a shipping/ship management environment
• Administrative knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision or Business Central
• Experience working with interfaces (APIs, web services, data integration)
• Experience with RMM, backup or monitoring solutions
