As Exp. Technical Consultant
- Service Now you will actively design pioneering enterprise solutions based on the Service Now platform. You play a key role in the design, technical implementation and integration of complex IT and business processes for our customers.

Your core tasks:

Technical consulting & solution design: analysis of customer-specific requirements and design of tailor-made platform architectures in Service Now (including ITOM, OT, FSM).Development & integration:
Implementation of robust workflows, scripts (JavaScript) and connection of third-party systems via modern interfaces (REST/ SOAP APIs).Innovation & automation:
Unlocking new potential through the use of modern approaches such as Agentic AI and Service Now Otto for intelligent process automation.

Agile collaboration:
Active participation in an agile project environment (Scrum) and close coordination with customers, solution architects and development teams.

Must-Have Skills Several years of Service Now expertise:
Profound practical experience in configuring and adapting the Service Now platform.

Module know-how (ITOM, OT, FSM):
Demonstrable experience in implementing and configuring specific Service Now modules.

Solid JavaScript skills:
Routine scripting and customization within Service Now using JavaScript.

Interface integration:
Profound practical experience in connecting third-party systems via REST and SOAP APIs.Process automation:
Strong skills to model and optimize automated workflows.

Agentic AI & Service Now Otto:
First practical points of contact or profound understanding of the use of agentic AI and modern AI assistants in the Service Now environment.

Agile working method:
Practical routine in agile software development and project implementation using Scrum.

Language skills:
Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

That rounds off your profile

First experiences with Agentic AI and modern AI-supported automation approaches Points of contact or previous experience with Service Now Otto or generative AI functions on the platform

Certifications in the Service Now environment (e.g. Certified Implementation Specialist/CIS in ITOM or FSM, as well as relevant OT accreditations)
ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) and in-depth understanding of ITSM best practices

Experience in designing complex interface architectures and system integrations

Knowledge of agile frameworks such as SAFe or Scrum certifications
