IT System Administrator​/IT Consultant Healthcare Home Office

For our partner company in the healthcare sector, we are seeking a dedicated IT System Administrator / IT Consultant Infrastructure (m/f/d) for direct placement (permanent position with our client). Our client is a dynamic IT service provider specializing in modern digitalization and infrastructure solutions for hospitals, medical centers, and practices. In this role, you will be responsible for the independent technical support of client sites and the active implementation of rollout and modernization projects, both in the office and in the field.

• Education: Successfully completed training in the IT field (e.g. IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electronics technician) or a comparable qualification with sound practical experience.
• Broad technical foundation: Solid knowledge in the areas of networking (DHCP, DNS, routing, VLANs, switching) and Microsoft infrastructures (Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO) as well as enthusiasm for new technologies (e.g. virtualization, Proxmox, cloud hosting).
• Service mentality: High degree of initiative, solution-oriented action and strong communication skills in dealing with users and customers.
• Industry experience is a plus: Initial contact with the medical environment (e.g., practice management systems/PMS, telematics infrastructure/TI or HIS) is advantageous, but not a mandatory requirement.
• Flexibility & Mobility: Willingness to travel throughout Germany for on-site project assignments (approx. 2-3 days/week depending on the project phase) and a valid Class B driving licence.
• Language skills: Very good German skills, both spoken and written.
