Field Application Engineer Wireless; m​/f​/d

We are currently looking for a committed and enthusiastic person to strengthen our team as Field Application Engineer Wireless. • You will be part of our application engineering team and implement industrial wireless solutions for our customers
• You install and deploy our products at the customers and then take on technical support for the entire product life cycle (on-site or remote)
• You demonstrate our wireless solutions in on-site workshops as well as at trade fairs and other events
• You record customer requirements, consolidate them and actively work towards further product development
• You coordinate with your team as well as with the sales department to always act in a customer-centric manner and to reliably guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience in a relevant technical field (computer science, communication technology, automation technology, electrical engineering, etc.)
• Relevant practical experience in the areas of industrial communication, production-related IT, IT-OT network management, IT administration or comparable technical tasks
• Broad application knowledge of communication networks, industrial communication protocols, machine-to-machine (M2M) communication and wireless communication standards
• Knowledge and/or experience in Linux, Shell-scripts and Wireshark, also Embedded System development and C programming are an advantage
• Knowledge of German at native level and fluent written and spoken English
• Class B driver license, high mobility and the absolute willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
