Electrical Systems Engineer – Wind & E-Mobility Solutions (m/f/d)

3 days per week at office - Salzbergen

2 days per week home office

? In this role, you’ll develop technical solutions that power the energy transition
, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to reality. From creating ECAD drawings to programming PLCs, you’ll be at the center of designing, testing, and optimizing systems that matter.

• Design and develop solutions for products in the wind industry and e-mobility sector
  .
• Work hand-in-hand with customers to clarify technical concepts and ensure solutions meet their needs.
• Create, expand, and maintain ECAD drawings with EPLAN
  .
• Build and manage technical lists and component specifications.
• Provide technical support for sales
  , from acquisition to customer acceptance.
• Train and support technical system planners
  .
• Optimize and adapt existing products, including retrofit packages and replacements.
• Define manufacturing processes, initiate trials and tests, and oversee quality.
• Program using IEC
  61131 (PLC) standards.

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field (Bachelor’s/Master’s).
• Practical experience in the wind industry – ideally with pitch systems
  .
• Hands‑on knowledge of IEC
  61131 PLC programming
  .
• Strong customer focus, with excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
• High self‑motivation, results orientation, and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Play a key role in developing solutions for renewable energy and e‑mobility
  .
• Work on cutting‑edge projects with real‑world impact.
• Collaborate in an international environment with minimal travel.
