Project Engineer; m​/f​/d

Play a key role in shaping the future of rail infrastructure! For complex signaling and safety technology (SST) projects at our Stuttgart location, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Engineer SST (m/f/d). In this crucial role, you will independently manage demanding A-projects, maintaining a clear overview even during critical phases and ensuring the successful completion of all technical and contractual aspects.

You can expect a diverse range of tasks in a dynamic environment with the option of partial remote work.

SST Project Management:
Comprehensive planning, management, and monitoring of signaling and safety technology projects, ensuring consistent adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

Technical Specification:
Creation, review, and approval of technical documentation, specifications, and tender documents for SST systems.

Interface Coordination:
Active coordination and management of collaboration with internal departments as well as external partners, authorities, and contractors.

Risk Management:

Identification and expert assessment of technical risks, including the development of sustainable solutions.

Project management support & QA:
Supporting project management in enforcing legal and internal requirements, project documentation and quality assurance.

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder Qualifikation als Meister LST mit jeweils mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Gewerk Leit- und Sicherungstechnik.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht sowie nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Vertragsführung und
  -abwicklung von komplexen LST-Projekten (A-Projekte), idealerweise im DB-Konzern.
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift gepaart mit hoher Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft im Verhandlungsprozess.
• Ausgeprägte Stressresistenz, hohe Frustrationsschwelle und die Fähigkeit, auch in kritischen Situationen strukturiert, kühlen Kopfes und lösungsorientiert zu handeln.
• Durchsetzungsstarke Hands-on-Mentalität, hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und eine gesunde Portion Humor für den Projektalltag.
