As a Data Specialist, you are responsible for the structure, quality, and continuous development of our technical detail database. You ensure that technical solutions are standardized, documented, and usable for digital planning and automation processes, as well as for assembly, production, and tendering activities.

In this forward-looking role, you work at the intersection of building system development, digitalization, and industrialized construction. Against the backdrop of ongoing production and construction projects, you contribute to systematically capturing and integrating lessons learned, supporting the continuous improvement of our product.

Your responsibilities:

• Maintain, manage, and further develop the central technical detail database.
• Create, structure, and quality-assure technical details and construction drawings.
• Define and continuously improve drawing and documentation standards.
• Ensure consistency, traceability, and version control within detail libraries.
• Coordinate and integrate requirements from automation processes into detail standards and data structures.
• Analyze recurring quality deviations and translate findings into standardized details, drawing standards, and databases.
• Track the implementation of agreed improvement measures within relevant drawing and documentation standards.

• Completed vocational training or a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Technical Drafting, or a comparable field.
• Experience in the technical planning and detailed design of building constructions.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
• Ability to document technical information clearly and apply standards consistently.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.

Experience in the areas listed below is considered an advantage. We do not expect candidates to meet every requirement but welcome applicants with a broad range of relevant skills and experience.

• Experience with dynamic blocks, block libraries, and attribute programming in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of layer, block, and drawing standards, as well as XREF structures.
• Experience with AutoCAD automation solutions, such as AutoLISP, VBA, or comparable technologies.
• Knowledge of data extraction and further processing of drawing data, particularly using Excel.
