Stellenbezeichnung: SERVICE DELIVERY EXECUTIVE (M/W/D)
Location: Gräfelfing

- Full-time in Munich as soon as possible - Become part of a revolutionary change! We've decided to do something incredible. We're transforming our business towards a smoke-free future, and it's not just about establishing a strong brand - the special attraction is building something new, innovative, unprecedented.

We Offer You
  • Employees are our top priority. Within the framework of a coordinated development plan, it is our goal to promote and advance you in the best possible way - always with a view to your individual situation.
  • Flexible working hours and home office options (remote/office split 60/40) are an integral part of our everyday work, and we will provide you with the best possible, modern, and comprehensive equipment.
  • Of course, we expect a high level of motivation, commitment, and dedication - but it goes without saying that we pay above‑average and fair salaries - regardless of gender. We are one of the first international companies to be Equal Salary certified and we consistently implement this.
  • We support you even before your official start with a relocation to us in Munich and also offer you a number of different corporate benefits.
Your Accountabilities
  • Run day‑to‑day service delivery across Germany & Austria: inbound (factory → market), warehousing, and secondary distribution to B2B/B2C customers—targeting OTIF, on‑shelf availability, inventory accuracy, and cost‑to‑serve.
  • 3PLs/Logistics Service Providers: lead weekly performance reviews, track SLAs, manage escalations/root causes, and agree corrective actions and continuous improvements.
  • Warehouse & inventory control: support cycle counts and stock integrity, organize value‑added services (e.g., promo kitting), and secure safe, compliant operations.
  • Transport & exceptions: plan/sequence flows, monitor track‑&‑trace, resolve delays/damages, and keep stakeholders informed until closure.
  • Reverse logistics & product disposition: manage returns, quality holds, and compliant destruction with full documentation and audit readiness.
  • Customer availability: partner with Sales, Customer Care, IBP and Fulfillment to prevent/resolve out‑of‑stocks, secure NPI/promo readiness, and stabilise peaks.
  • Data & reporting: maintain simple, reliable dashboards (Excel/Power BI), standard work and SOPs; turn insights into actions with owners and dates.
  • Continuous improvement: map processes, remove waste, automate where practical (e.g., queries, templates, Copilot), and deliver projects with measurable benefits.
  • Compliance & risk: operate to PMI standards and applicable regulations, uphold vendor governance, data privacy and Health&Safety; keep records audit‑ready.
  • Regional collaboration: contribute/lead Regional initiatives and share best practices.
Your Profile
  • Early‑career experience: ~1–3 years (incl. internships/working student) in operations, service delivery, logistics or supply chain, ideally in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Mindset: customer‑centric, hands‑on, structured and curious; you like owning problems to closure and improving the way things work.
  • Analytics & judgement: able to turn data into clear decisions and actions; balance detail with pragmatism.
  • Collaboration:

confident communicator with partners (3PLs) and internal teams; can influence without authority and keep a cool head under time pressure.
  • Languages:

    fluent English;
    German is a strong plus.
  • Mobility: in the role occasional travel to 3PL sites within GER/AT; based in/around Munich with on‑site presence as needed for operations. Mid‑term: interested to act and work international as part of your career path.

Equal opportunities and diversity in all facets, such as the employment of severely disabled people and inclusion, are part of our everyday life. Severely disabled applicants are very welcome at Philip Morris GmbH.
