You’ll be joining the Joybuy team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Create sales and demand forecasts for the Food & Beverage assortment.
• Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Logistics, and Category Management teams to align forecasts, inventory, and capacity planning.
• Maintain and optimize forecast models and perform scenario analyses to support business decisions.
• Monitor forecast accuracy (MAPE, Bias) and implement continuous improvement measures.
• Coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches to ensure accurate demand planning.
• Create reports and dashboards for management and key stakeholders.
• Analyse demand trends, seasonality, and performance data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to improving planning processes, forecasting tools, and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Forecasting, ideally in e-commerce, FMCG, or retail environments.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, data-driven approach to problem solving.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI or analytics tools is a strong plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
