We are a leading global online delivery platform, and our vision is to empower everyday convenience. Whether it’s a Friday‑night feast, a post‑gym poke bowl, or grabbing groceries, our tech platform connects millions of customers with hundreds of thousands of restaurant, grocery and convenience partners worldwide.

As the Partner Marketing Lead for Germany you will develop long‑term local partner marketing strategies and steer execution with your direct reports. Your goal is to drive brand awareness via Partners & Couriers and grow partner quality and satisfaction. You will work cross‑functionally with sales teams, global partner marketing and other stakeholders, reporting directly to the Marketing Director for Germany and interacting closely with the Germany Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop annual/quarterly partner marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives, including budget management.
  • Accelerate the mental availability of Lieferando through Last Mile visibility within the partner and courier ecosystem by setting up an activation plan with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evolve partner merchandise strategy and steer tactics around our partner webshop.
  • Own mass communication towards our partner base to support and lead partners effectively.
  • Oversee partner activations to enhance engagement, such as the yearly Partner Awards Campaign and partner/courier facing events.
  • Drive partner health and adoption of growth tools through educational campaigns and sales support materials.
  • Manage and drive a variety of strategic and tactical partner‑facing local projects in close collaboration with local and global stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on partner marketing KPIs to guide future planning.
  • Manage the German partner marketing budget in relation to KPIs.
  • Lead a growing team with currently 3.5 FTEs.
  • Lead key partner growth and experience pilot projects, moving at speed to test and learn to influence future direction.
What You Will Bring
  • 10+ years’ experience with B2B (trade) marketing in an FMCG and/or (food) tech environment or similar.
  • A data‑driven and customer‑centric way of working, inspiring others to innovate and coordinate efforts to turn plans into action.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, working comfortably with internal & external parties.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams, creating clarity and empowering others to deliver strong outcomes.
  • Strategic thinking skills, strong decision‑making, and a test‑&‑learn approach.
  • Collaborative mindset with demonstrated project management experience and the ability to build consensus across diverse teams.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills, translating numbers into actions.
  • Open to business‑related travel to Amsterdam (approximately once a month).
  • Native German speaker, fluent in English.
What We Offer
  • A competitive compensation package recognising performance, supported by a culture of open feedback and regular performance reviews.
  • A permanent employment contract with hybrid working options: three days per week in our Berlin‑Kreuzberg office and two days working from home (unless the FTC is stated).
  • Urban Sports Club membership to recharge after work.
  • Extra perks: a monthly commuting allowance of €59 and a €90 monthly JET Pay credit for delivered meals.
  • Company pension scheme with a 20% employer contribution.
  • A diverse and inclusive team with colleagues from over 99 nationalities and several ERGs.
  • Learning opportunities via our Learning Hub, Bookboon, internal training and online English courses.
  • Sustainable work with purpose, contributing to sustainability initiatives in our DGNB‑certified Berlin office.
  • Shared experiences: after‑work drinks, team events, social initiatives, and seasonal parties.
  • A customized bike package: individually adjusted bike in 36‑month lease, with the option to buy at the end for roughly 10% of the RRP.
