- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our Agency Sales team in Germany (Full Time and in Cologne / Hamburg). The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the German media agency landscape (preferrably Publicis) and a proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within these agencies. A deep understanding of the (online) Media/Advertising ecosystem is a must.
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering and outperforming on sales targets, in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
What will you do?
- Drive revenue across your agency patch focusing on both existing clients and new prospects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and agencies.
- Identify new business opportunities within your agency patch.
- Provide a strong consulting dimension and an excellent-quality service.
- Propose relevant media recommendations adapted to your clients' needs.
- Work in close collaboration with the various internal areas of expertise (Insights, Creative Studio, Account Management, Platform) in order to best meet client requirements.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue.
- Responsible in hitting and outperforming quarterly revenue target.

- 5+ years of experience in selling media to media agencies.
- Relentless revenue and customer focus to drive existing and new revenue across the agency patch.
- Strong network within the German media agency landscape (preferably Publicis).
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to close larger deals.
- Strong analytical, solution-driven and self-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high performing team.
