What You’ll Do:

Technical Project Manager – Aerospace Composites (m/f/d)

Taufkirchen, Germany | Full-time | €60K–€80K/year (max)

We are looking for a German-speaking (C1+) Technical Project Manager to lead composite aerospace projects for a cutting-edge spacetech company near Munich. You'll work on high-pressure carbon solutions shaping the future of space travel — including missions that aim for Mars.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end aerospace composite projects
• Interface with internal teams and global clients
• Optimize processes and mitigate risk across timelines and budgets
• Travel ~30% (EU & USA), with 1–2 home office days/week

You Bring:

• 3+ years in technical project management
• Background in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Experience with tools like We Clapp
• German & English fluency (C1–C2 level required)
• Hands-on mindset and passion for innovation
