What This Role Offers- Field marketing & events:
Plan and execute online and offline events, trade fairs, and customer formats that create real market presence and demand. - Community building:
Build and nurture a strong network of customers, partners, associations, and opinion leaders in the industrial ecosystem. - Brand storytelling:
Turn events, partnerships, and community activities into impactful stories across website, social media, and campaigns. - Cross‑functional collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Content to maximize reach and impact. - Market presence:
Represent remberg at external events and strengthen our positioning as the category leader in maintenance software.
- Field & event marketing experience:
Proven experience in field marketing, event marketing, or community management (B2B is a strong plus). - Ownership & execution: A hands‑on, proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and get things done.
- Networking & communication:
Strong interpersonal skills and genuine enjoyment of building relationships. - Storytelling mindset: A good sense for content, narratives, and how to distribute them effectively.
- Values‑driven:

Fluent in German and English.
