Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Your Role

At Pallit we're all about pallets – how to move, lift and store them. We supply affordable pallet trucks, stackers and forklifts to 60,000+ companies across Europe. We are looking for a full‑time Senior PPC Manager (m/f/d) to join our Shop Team. We run and market  in 10 countries and 7 languages.

• Generate sales and leads:
  Grow gross profit via paid search and paid social in our 10+ markets
• Track and optimize:
  Continuously experiment and try out new creatives, ad copy, landing pages, budget allocations and channels to address underserved search intents and target groups. Make sure we meet our growth targets and stay as efficient as possible
• Collaborate:
  Partner with your colleagues to share insights, brainstorm new ideas and challenge each other to fuel Pallit's growth
• Support:
  Help your team in Shopify with some shop management operations like product onboardings and optimizing content

• Cross‑functional:
  We are a team of four – developer, designer, marketeers and product owner
• Remote:
  We live in 4 European countries – some of us work fully remote
• Agile:
  We work in Scrum with two‑week sprints, planning and refinements. We sync in a daily stand‑up and via Slack. We use quarterly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to achieve our goals
• Lean:
  We have low management overhead, a high level of trust in one another and we value a learning and growth mindset

• Experience:
  
  5+ years of hands‑on experience driving e‑commerce growth through paid search and paid social. B2B experience is a big plus
• Education:
  
  Graduated top of your class with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a European university
• Languages:
  
  Native German speaker with fluent English (C1+)
• Location:
  
  You are based in a country within the European Union
