Performance Specialist (m/f/d) – Hamburg

As a Specialist in Performance Marketing with a primary focus on Paid Search, you will drive measurable growth through advanced search strategies while also managing performance display campaigns. This role acts as a key interface between Paid Marketing and E-Commerce, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with business objectives. You will leverage One Search principles to create integrated strategies across channels and contribute to holistic performance marketing initiatives.

SEO experience is helpful to support cross-channel synergies.

WE DELIVER - Let's deliver together:

  • Develop and execute Paid Search strategies for all Northen Europe Markets based on Global Guidence (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) as the main focus, complemented by Display campaigns (Google Display Network, programmatic platforms).
  • Implement One Search approach to align Paid Search and SEO for maximum visibility and efficiency.
  • Define campaign objectives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with E-Commerce teams to ensure product feeds, landing pages, and promotional activities are optimized for performance.

Campaign Management

  • Manage the Agency on end-to-end Paid Search campaigns: keyword research, ad copywriting, audience segmentation, and feed-based advertising (Dynamic Search Ads, Smart Shopping).
  • Coordinate Peformance Display campaigns to support lower-funnel and remarketing objectives.
  • Implement tracking and conversion measurement using tools like Google Tag Manager, Adobe, and platform-specific tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines.

Optimization & Performance

  • Continuously monitor Paid Search performance and optimize for KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rate.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Use automation, scripts, and feed management tools to improve efficiency and scale.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Create and maintain performance dashboards and regular reporting.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights to inform future strategy and budget planning.
  • Set up Looker Studio dashboards for transparent performance monitoring.
  • Act as the bridge between Paid Marketing and E-Commerce, ensuring alignment on product launches, feed optimization, and promotional strategies.
  • Work closely with SEO specialists to implement One Search best practices.
  • Liaise with external media partners and agencies to stay updated on trends and opportunities.
  • Present campaign results and tactical recommendations to Pandora Global teams and internal stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of hands‑on experience in Paid Search inclusive PMAX and Demand Gen
  • Familiarity with SEO strategies and how they complement Paid Search
  • Display experience in DV360 is a plus
  • Knowledge of remarketing strategies and audience segmentation
  • Strong proficiency in SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe, Looker Studio, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and ROI
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
