- You bring 5+ years of hands‑on experience in growth

. - You drive and optimize the entire PLG funnel — from awareness to trial

. - You design, prioritize, and lead growth experiments — whether it’s onboarding flows
, pricing
, feature launches
, or A/B tests
. - You define, measure, and track key PLG metrics such as trial‑to‑paid conversion
