We are currently looking for an International Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to join the marketing team on our journey to create better and better experiences. This is an exciting time for Delivery Hero with tremendous and rapid growth offering great development and career opportunities.

Run analysis and use marketing reports and tools to generate insights and define recommendations for solving business challenges related to marketing performance, budgeting, customer acquisition and retention, and ROI measurement for MyLabel's European markets.

Support senior managers with regular and ad hoc reports, performance deep dives, business cases and other relevant initiatives.

Collaborate with local and central teams to set priorities, support with analysis and best practices, and help them translating insights into actionable plans.

Work closely with all central marketing teams (performance marketing, CRM, brand, analytics) to identify opportunities and recommend improvement points to local markets.

Contribute to roll-outs of marketing initiatives across the globe.

Support the International Marketing team with organizational & administrative tasks (e.g. organizing events, documenting best practices, developing processes).

Your heroic skills:

4+ years of experience in a highly analytical role - management consulting, online marketing, marketing strategy, or marketing agencies experience is a plus.

A degree in marketing, business, economics, mathematics or engineering is a plus.

Passionate about data, with creative problem solving abilities and an eye for detail.

You are able to answer business questions with data-based insights, and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.

You have proven experience with managing small / medium-scale projects from start to end.

You have good knowledge of the different marketing channels and KPIs, including both online and offline media.

You have excellent Excel skills, SQL knowledge is a plus.

You are highly proactive, well organised and can quickly learn and adapt to changes.

You are good at building relationships with stakeholders, independent on level of seniority.

Excellent communication skills in English are required.
