Campaigns & Content Manager (all genders) are a dynamic, fast-growing beauty and pro-aging company based in Berlin. Our mission:

This role leads end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of all 360° marketing campaigns and supports content management across our digital stores.
This is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and combines strategic thinking with strong operational discipline.
Responsibilities- 360° Campaign Management: lead the full lifecycle of integrated campaigns—from strategy and planning to execution and retrospective. orchestrate all teams to ensure campaigns launch on time, on brand, and consistently across every channel and market.
- Shopify Content Management: own content updates across all store instances, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and flawless execution during key launches. manage onsite changes, QA, and asset coordination to keep our digital presence aligned with campaign goals and brand standards.
- Strategic & Analytical Contribution: bring customer insights, competitive learnings, and performance data into campaign planning. identify optimization opportunities across channels and formats to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Reporting & Evaluation: lead post-campaign reviews, transforming results into clear insights and actionable recommendations. track operational KPIs to strengthen alignment, readiness, and execution quality across teams.
- 3–5+ years in campaign management or integrated marketing, ideally in eCommerce (wellness/beauty/supplements a plus).
- Fluent English & German (C1-2) is required. Additional languages such as Dutch, Italian, or Spanish are a strong plus.
- Strong Shopify content management skills, including navigating, updating, and QA’ing onsite content and assets.
- Advanced project management capabilities (Asana or similar) and the ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Solid analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign, channel, and website performance data (GA4/BI tools a plus).
- Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned environments.
- Excellent communication, high attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Work flexibly, hours and location to suit productivity – with smart time tracking.
