About the Role at Rob Co
Rob Co builds autonomous industrial robotics. We need a Marketing Operations Specialist to keep our data clean, tools working, and campaigns trackable.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own the end‑to‑end lead upload process across all channels – trade shows, campaigns, and inbound.
- Maintain CRM data quality: deduplication, enrichment, segmentation, and regular database audits.
- Build and manage lead routing workflows to ensure the right leads reach the right AEs at the right time.
- Own lead scoring models in collaboration with Sales and Marketing leadership.
- Build, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows across the full funnel – from first touch, over MQL handoff, to SQO handoff.
- Set up and maintain nurture sequences, trigger‑based campaigns, and lifecycle programs.
- Manage tool integrations between marketing and sales tech stack.
- Own UTM structure, campaign tracking, and attribution reporting.
- Build and maintain dashboards that give Marketing and Leadership a clear, real‑time view of pipeline contribution, campaign performance, and funnel health.
- Work closely with Revenue Operations on pipeline reporting, funnel attribution, and shared dashboards.
- Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.
- Administer the core marketing tools (CRM, automation platform, analytics).
- Own CMS updates and campaign‑related landing pages; ensure website is technically sound, up to date, and optimized for conversion.
- Evaluate and onboard new tools as the stack evolves.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related role – ideally in a B2B tech, industrial, or manufacturing‑adjacent company.
- Deep working knowledge of at least one major CRM and marketing automation platform (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with data, dashboards, and attribution models.
- A builder mentality – you set up things yourself.
- Experience with event lead imports, list management, and database hygiene at scale.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Interest in AI and its application – we use AI tools to move faster.
- Bonus: familiarity with industrial automation, robotics, or Physical AI.
