Responsibilities

A day in the life of a Teamlead Strategic Sales Manager E-Commerce (m/f/x):

  • Lead, develop, and motivate the cross‑divisional sales team with passion and integrity, empowering individuality and inclusivity.
  • Be the number one go‑to person for a specific European Pure Player within our PVH Region West and European online environment, driving and streamlining all related topics from end‑to‑end.
  • Oversee and own the strategic direction of one of our largest European Pure Players, creating a holistic brand strategy.
  • Plan, control, and handle operational and strategic cooperation, including action and annual planning, and control of marketing activities.
  • Be responsible for sales and revenue planning, achieving specified targets, and maximizing potentials.
  • Develop and advance a segmented product strategy and future‑oriented product build‑up across all digital channels by reading and analyzing all relevant customer data.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive a cross‑functional approach (e.g., partners, customers, HQ in Amsterdam, Customer Service, Marketing, external marketing agency).
  • Drive cross‑functional projects within an agile E‑Commerce team structure.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years profound work experience as Sales‑and‑or Key Account Manager in E‑Commerce or Omni‑Channel (textile or related fields).
  • Commit to the E3/2 hybrid work model: 3 office days and 2 remote working days per week.
  • Proven experience in leading a small but agile sales team.
  • High degree of team spirit.
  • Solution‑oriented and precise working method and strong analytical skillset.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills and natural desire for improving solutions across people, processes and systems by applying a strategic mindset.
  • Hands‑on mentality in working with frequently changing tools and software to further translate work resources into efficiency.
  • Ability to communicate on all levels to influence and drive interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Very good command of written and spoken German and English.
  • Very good command of MS‑Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
