We are currently looking for an

• Drive international Amazon growth:
  
  Accelerate revenue growth outside the Pan-European markets by managing our Amazon business in the Middle East and Türkiye and supporting our expansion into additional global marketplaces.
• Coordinate our international Amazon activities:
  
  Work closely with our European Amazon Lead and our German headquarter to ensure a consistent strategy across all international Amazon markets.
• New Business development:
  
  For relevant E-commerce channels outside of Amazon to successfully establish
  
  Severin brand in MENAT growth regions
• Monitor and optimise performance:
  
  Analyse sales figures, market developments and relevant KPIs toidentifyopportunities and continuously optimise our local marketplace strategies.
• Ensure listing and content excellence:
  
  Take responsibility for the content strategy of our online product listings. Coordinate the creation,localisation and optimisation of product content in close collaboration with Product and Category Management in Germany.
• Increase visibility and manage advertising:
  
  Plan, manage and optimise retail media campaigns, including PPC and Sponsored Ads, to maximise the visibility and performance of our products.
• Drive revenue and profitability:
  
  Use data-driven insights toidentifygrowth opportunities, develop effective sell-out strategies and sustainably improve both revenue and profitability.
• Represent our brand:
  
  Participate in meetings with customers and business partners, present competitive and market analyses and jointlyidentifyopportunities for further growth

• Relevant professional experience in e-commerce, particularly within the Amazon 1P or 3P business, ideally in an international environment
• A strong interest in digital business and a passion for sales and marketing, combined with a good understanding of current market dynamics
• A degree in e-commerce, business administration, marketingor a related field—or a comparable vocational qualification with relevantadditionaltraining
• A hands-on mentality, a proactive and creative approachanda strong teamspirit
• Confident and engaging communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and business partners
• An analytical, structured and independent working style, enabling you to confidently manage complex topics
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Knowledge of an additional language, particularly Arabic or Turkish, would be an advantage
