Stellenbezeichnung: Marketing Manager - Events and Partnerships (m/f/d)

Marketing Manager - Events and Partnerships (m/f/d)

At Front Row, we partner with leading brands to accelerate their ecommerce growth. We leverage our capabilities and proprietary technology to design, market, distribute and accelerate brands on a global scale.

While embedded in Front Row's central European Marketing team, you work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, our performance marketing agency, and our Management Assistant to bring events and partnerships to life across our services.

The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.

Together with the Senior Director Marketing Europe, you drive event strategy and concept development. You own project management for all event types like trade fair appearances, co-branded partner events, and webinars.

You own registration management and the full success of each event, including proactively developing it further afterward.

Partnerships

You define the framework for partnership packages together with the Senior Director Marketing. From there, you drive execution independently, working closely with the relevant expert teams who own the partner relationship (e.g. our Shopify team).

Content & Promotion

You create event and partnership-related content including landing pages and Linked In posts, supported by our AI assistant and think in campaigns with other content pieces from the marketing team.

The marketing team supports you with bigger content creations like reports, promotion of bigger events, new lead gen tactics, etc.

You handle smaller design assets yourself and collaborate with our designer on larger pieces.

You drive promotion across all channels, from invitation to follow-up, and provide input to our performance marketing agency.

You work closely with Sales, including creating posts to support their outreach.

You ensure sales follow-ups on leads and keep registrations and leads up to date in Hub Spot.

You report on results and develop the event formats and processes further.

What Success Looks Like

What Success Looks Like

A successful Marketing Manager treats our event and partnership portfolio as their own. While the Senior Director Marketing sets the strategic direction with you, you own the how: you bring concepts to the table, shape them with confidence, and lead and execute every event through to success end to end.

You turn Front Row's event and partnership portfolio into a consistent source of pipeline and visibility. Success shows up in strong registration and attendance numbers, dependable Sales follow-through, and partnerships that grow year over year because they were executed well the first time.

Requirements

You have at least 3+ years of professional experience in marketing and feel at home in areas like CRM tools (e.g. Hub Spot), landing pages, and basic email marketing.

You bring excellent project management skills and a proven track record of executing events efficiently and independently – not a purely coordinating approach.

You're a strong multitasker who can keep many balls in the air at once without losing track.

You like to get content to the point and use our AI assistant to efficiently produce blog articles and Linked In posts.

You're interested in AI tools and continuously look to optimize your own processes and workflows.

You have a strong eye for design and detail and immediately spot when something isn't on-brand; we create many assets using AI tools and Canva.

You stay calm and solution-oriented, even when an event doesn't go according to plan.

You bring excellent communication and briefing skills for close collaboration with the marketing team, Sales, and agency.

You have a hands-on mentality and service orientation: you pitch in at events from start to finish – e.g. printing name badges if a vendor falls through, adjusting booth decor on the fly, or quickly updating a landing page if a speaker cancels.

Experience in the e-commerce/Amazon space is a plus.
